Non-smoking policy 
The Sandpiper Lodge is a non-smoking establishment and smoking is strictly prohibited on the property except for the designated smoking area located at end of the building. The violators of this policy will be subject to a fine up to $250.00.

Parking policy 
We offer complimentary parking at Sandpiper Lodge. Guests are required to provide their license plate information at check-in, and they will be issued a parking permit to be displayed on the dashboard while parked on the premises. Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. No oversized trucks, trailers, or recreational vehicles are allowed.
